The CBN Stands With New Beginnings!

On the evenings of December 25, 2016 the CAPE Business Network presented a check to Brenda Milbourne, Founder and Executive Director of West Side New Beginnings Youth Center of Rehoboth Beach, at the Forgotten Mile Ale House in Rehoboth Beach DE. West Side New Beginnings is a charitable organization whose mission is to provide after school programs and activities for the children of the Rehoboth community. Volunteers offer tutoring and mentoring as well as nutritious meals weekly and healthy hygiene. CBN: Working For A Better Delmarva!

The CBN presented a check to one of their favorite charities, KINfolk on November 2, 2016. The ceremony was held at the Lewes Diner on Savannah Road. Susan Brady of KINfolk, was on hand to receive the donation and give a talk about this vital organization and the work they do in our state and throughout the country! KINfolk is a charitable organization providing laptop computers and Internet access to children who face serious medical challenges.

On the morning of July 13, 2016 the CAPE Business Network presented a check to Jo Allegro-Smith, Sussex County Director of the Cancer Support Community Delaware, at the Lewes Diner restaurant in Lewes DE. The Cancer Support Community of Delaware is a statewide non-profit organization whose mission is to ensure that all people impacted by cancer are empowered by knowledge, strengthened by action and sustained by community.
